I got an email from a friend tonight

telling me she’s sorry she hasn’t caught up on my project, and that she plans to.

I’ve said it before in a different way, but oh man does that mean a lot to me.

I’ve been struggling for years with how I’m going to make the switch from internet idiot to someone who anyone would ever take seriously enough to pull this off. And I thought about just killing the luckyshirt account during the months I was gone. But this account is what got me to the starlight in some ways, and what brought so many others to it. So here it has stayed, acting as a place for people to come tell me to get back to saying fuck about burritos.

But I can do this. And I’m doing it.

I can tell this story. And tell it in a way you have never experienced.

Because I believe in this project with everything in me.

And I want to thank everyone else who believes in it and in me. Especially my friends who are being challenged to leave their understanding of me as a person at the door and experience it purely.
